The Apache Software Foundation (ASF) has received a United States International Trade Commission subpoena requiring the production of documents and testimony related to U.S. Patent No. 6,691,302.
The request requires the Foundation to produce the required materials related to the above patent. Apache will, of course, be complying with all court requirements. As an open development group the majority of our documents are already publicly available. Pointers to our SVN history and mailing list archives have already been provided.
